Sloan Center for Internet Retailing

The University of California, Riverside Sloan Center for Internet Retailing is a university research center dedicated to improving the effectiveness of online retailing.

The Center is housed at the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management and is directed by Donna Hoffman and Tom Novak. It aims to foster an academic community that engages in direct interaction with the Internet retailing industry, conduct original research that has a real and positive impact on business practice and educate students to serve as managers and researchers devoted to addressing the Internet retailing industry's challenges.

The UCR Sloan Center is the home of eLab, a virtual research lab and online panel for the study of online consumer behavior, and the eLab eXchange, a public prediction market devoted to forecasting events related to Internet retailing.
