[edit] Image Tagging for Image:Patwelsh.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Patwelsh.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Adding WP:Notability to Wagga Wagga Marketplace
Hi, you have contributed to the article Wagga Wagga Marketplace. I am on a bit of a jaunt to improve shopping centre articles. Most of them do not show how the shopping centre in question is WP:Notable, ie why is this shopping centre different to any other shopping centre? Would wikipedia be worse off if this article did not exist but there was a generic article Shopping Centres in Australia which mentions that a shopping centre called the Wagga Wagga Marketplace exists. Could you please suggest something that could be added to the article to make it notable compared to all the other articles for shopping malls on Wikipedia? I ask this because I cannot see what makes one shopping centre notable compared to the one in the next suburb. Not every house has an article, why should every shopping centre? Thanks, I hope to implement some of your suggestions. I am happy to conduct a reasonable amount of web-based investigation to implement some of your thoughts. Or ideally, you could add some information to the article yourself, which shows how/why/when the Wagga Wagga Marketplace is notable. --Garrie 04:29, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject Disambiguation Talk Request
This is a form message being sent to all WikiProject Disambiguation participants. I may have found your page based on your contributions or your link repair user box on your user page. If you are not a member, please consider including your name on the project page. I recently left a proposed banner idea on the WikiProject Disambiguation talk page and I would appreciate any input you could provide. Before it can be approved or denied, I would prefer a lot of feedback from multiple participants in the project. So if you have the time please join in the discussion to help improve the WikiProject. Keep up the good work in link repair and thanks for your time. Nehrams2020 23:15, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Recent SLJ edit
Hi Slj
Have researched your recent edit on "Rick Ardon" and there is no substantiation in your second line, derived from a "fun" newspaper headline or the copy that follows. Please be accurate for Wikipedia readers. Regards, Yobikol

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:7 Adelaide.JPG)
Thanks for uploading Image:7 Adelaide.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Image:Seven Sport.svg
Hello Slj, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Seven Sport.svg) was found at the following location: User:Slj/Seven Sport/. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not readd the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 08:57, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

Why did you revert the edits to the "Sunrise" page?
For example, the fake "Dawn Service" was far from a mere "report". Email and other documentary communications held by staff in Kevin Rudd's office confirm as a fact that the Seven Network attempted to stage this event. This fact was widely publicised at the time.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.45.83.122 (talk • contribs)
Firstly in future please sign your comments using ~~~~.
Secondly your edits didn't fit with Wikipedia's code on maintaining a neutral point of view, see NPOV for future reference. Phrases like "trivialised the complaints" and "caught out" etc are not neutral. The sum of your edits across several articles clearly shows you have a problem with the show and are trying to change the articles so it matches your opinion.Slj 05:38, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] August 2007
Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Today (Australian TV program): You may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. KerotanTalk Have a nice day :) 06:00, 11 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:BorderSecurityTitleScreen.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:BorderSecurityTitleScreen.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 04:02, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Television schedules in network articles
Hi. I'm trying to get people who have an interest in the articles to engage in discussion on Wikipedia:Village pump (policy)#Television schedules in network articles about whether television schedules fit within our article content policies. I recognise your username from Media Spy and thought perhaps you would like to give your opinion at the above link. - Mark 09:30, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
