Cobra Boats main goal is to be safe, and fast at the same time. TCMS wants their boats to be used buy people that are in charge of safeguarding the United States' harbors. the boats will not be for the public, they are for the law enforcement only. They believe that if only the government has access to these vessels then there would be no reason to worry about not catching the criminal, because of the speed of the boat. Some critics think that Topcat is hiding behind a fake address. Their office is 545 8th Ave. Suite 401, New York, NY 10018, they share this building with other businesses that clam Topcat's space never has anybody going in or out of the office. The question is if there is no office then how do we know that services will be provided. vendors have been known to stop by the office asking to see its employees and wondering if the business is still running. Also, the owner Mr. Casini has had a lot of problems with handling money with his business. he has filed four bankruptcy cases. Each time the company had a different name.
