slapmeorelse (real name Martin Hoang) is a Vietnamese boy, aged 14 years old. He was born and raised in Fountain Valley Hospital in California on November 22, 1993. He then moved to Westminster, CA. In July of 2005, he moved to Comer, GA. His Japanese name (rarely ever used, and an odd name, too) is Tsubame Chou (長 燕 Chō Tsubame).

He also happens to be a fan of Pokémon games. His favorite Pokémon are Squirtle, Mr. Mime, Chikorita, and Nidoran♀.

He also has somewhat interest in Rouge the Bat of the Sonic the Hedgehog series (eww!).

[edit] Life as a Pokémon Trainer

During second grade, Martin used to constantly play Pokémon Red and Blue on his old Game Boy, which he usually borrows it from his brother, who borrowed it from another friend. Unfortunately, because of the Missingno glitch, the game got completely corrupted and destroyed, and Martin couldn't afford any of the Pokémon Gold, Silver, or Crystal versions.

At his tenth birthday, Martin fortunately got a Pokémon FireRed version along with a blue Game Boy Advance SP. He beat the game in about less than a week, considering FireRed and LeafGreen versions were remakes of Red, Blue, and Yellow versions. However, during the Sevii Islands part of the game, it took Martin two months to beat the game until he had a Nintendo Power guide of the game.

When he was in sixth grade, Martin was given Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire versions as a Christmas. And, a week after New Year's Day, Martin was also given a LeafGreen version and an Emerald version, shipped to his house from his sister's boyfriend.

During summer of 2007 (Martin's seventh grade year), outraged by the fact that he could not beat the Battle Frontier in Emerald version, Martin threw down his Game Boy Advance SP, cracking the LED screen as a result. At July, he was then given a DS Lite and a copy of Pokémon Pearl version.

His favorite anime and manga titles are Beyblade, Naruto, Hikaru no Go, Prince of Tennis, and Ranma ½. There are many more, but he can't list them all at the moment.

Martin is also somewhat of an artist. He usually draws with a pencil and three different pens. He doesn not color. Without the use of How to Draw Manga books, instead rather watch anime and read manga, he struggles on mimicing Japanese-style drawing.
