Slayer Pavilion
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Slayer Pavilion is an installation art piece by David Dorrell, Melissa Frost and Mihda Koray. It appeared at the 10th Istanbul Biennial in September 2007[1] as 'Room 88: Dying Dreamer', the set of a teenager's room, in the middle of which was a hanging boy.[2]
Slayer Pavilion follows in the tradition of Kurt Schwitters and Gregor Schneider, dispensing with space and time in favour of a non-hierarchical dream space.[3]
