The album was released in 2006 for the Independent Music Network and was the first of four studio albums released in 2006 by Celly Cel. The album was another commercial failure for Celly Cel. Guests on the album include Lil' Flip, The Game, Turf Talk, Luni Coleone, Mistah F.A.B. and Celly Cel's group, The Hillside Stranglaz.
