SL Corporation

SL Corporation (hangul:에스엘코포레이션) is an auto parts company headquartered in Gyeongsan Gyeongsangbuk-do and Buk-gu Daegu, Korea. The company was established in 1954 under the name Samlip Motor Works; in 1968 the company was incorporated into Samlip Industrial Co. Ltd. (hangul:삼립산업). The name was finally changed to SL Corporation in 2004 under the leadership of Lee Choong Kong, CEO. Currently SL Corporation manufactures various products for the automotive industry. The company has manufacturing plants in the Asia-Pacific,India, Europe, and the USA. It is similar to other companies such as Hyundai Mobis, GM Daewoo Auto & Technology, Sungwoo Automotive, Mopar, and AC Delco.
