[edit] Location of this place

I'm not sure where this is gonna be placed but I went to google earth and noticed this placemark in the Edsa-Ortigas intersection. The description was that it was supposed to be the tallest bldg. in the Philippines. It kind of got in to me because the description fits. Does anyone think that this is the construction site of Skycity?
