Hello all! My name is George Edward Kouba Jr. son of George Edward Kouba (Pilot) who owned and operated Sky Manor airport from 1963 – 1971. The airport was bought by my family from the Tice family. Later, do to my mom’s and dad’s divorce, it was sold to the Teri family in 1971 for about $350k. The Teri family sold it to Kent Linn, the current owner to date. Kent has done amazing things with this airport. See this article http://www.eaa643.org/skymanor.cfm for current information for now.

More details will be posted as I go through the pictures and access my mother’s brain. I will attempt to paint a picture of Sky Manor’s past and present operations as they are as interesting to me as all of the pilots and businesses who have a history or affiliation with Sky Manor’s past and present.

As time provides I will continually add more data to this entry as I hope others will also. Any outside contributions to this airport’s history and present operations including pictures and facts are very welcome.
