Skynet Asia Airways Co., Ltd. (スカイネットアジア航空株式会社 Sukainetto Ajia Kōkū Kabushiki-gaisha?) is a low-cost airline based in Miyazaki City, Japan. It operates services mainly between Miyazaki/Kumamoto/Nagasaki and Tokyo. Beginning September 2007, flights to Kagoshima will be introduced.

The airline was established in May 2002 and started operations in July 2002. It was formerly Pan Asia Airlines. It launched services as the fourth new airline in a deregulated Japanese market since 1998. The airline is owned by the Industrial Revitalisation Corporation of Japan (56.9%) and Mera Electric Industrial Corporation (11.7%).

Skynet Asia Airways operates services to the following domestic scheduled destinations (as of August 2005): Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Nagasaki to/from Tokyo.
Future plans include route expansion to key cities in Japan and across Asia.
