Skyline Builders

Skyline Builders are Luxury apartment’s construction Company in Kochi, Kerala. They bagged the highest popular CRISIL DA3+ rating (as real estate developer) recently and have earned the reputation of being the first builder in Kerala to have rewarded with this honor. [1] [2]. According to the Income tax department of Government of Kerala, it is one of the top service tax payers from Kochi. [3]

The group established in 1980 and started business as a partnership firm in 1989. It started constructing apartments and gradually took up independent villa projects and now constructing commercial projects also.
