[edit] Biography

Shaye was born Skyler Anna Shuster in Los Angeles, California, the god daughter of acting veteran Jon Voight. At age fifteen she was emancipated from her parents, and in 2003 she began her own production company, Skye Entertainment.

Shaye began acting as a child. Her first film acting role was in the 1996 independent horror film The Whispering as a ghost girl. Afterward, she went on to play various minor roles in theatrical motion pictures, including the dark comedy Manhood and the universally panned SuperBabies: Baby Geniuses 2, as well as Berkeley and The Legend of Simon Conjurer. She's also done work on various television shows, such as playing the role of Sutton Ramsey in the 2002 revival of the sitcom Family Affair, as well as appearances in Grey's Anatomy, Criminal Minds, and most recently Veronica Mars.

In 2007, she had her first starring role in the theatrical Bratz motion picture as Cloe, one of the main characters of the film. In 2008, the Golden Raspberry Awards nominated Shaye and her three co-stars together for Worst Actress for their roles in the film [1].
