Sky Kim

Sky Kim (born November 24, 1982) is an athlete from Australia. He competes in archery and has been selected to represent Australia at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.[1]

Kim was born in Daegu, South Korea and took up archery at the age of eight after watching his father coaching at the local archery centre. He won the Korean national chamopionships in 2004 but missed out on a spot in the Korean team for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He moved to Australia the following year and won the Australian national championships in 2006, the same year he was granted Australian citizenship. In 2007, he won a test event in Beijing and followed it up with selection for his first Olympics.
