there's a mention of basic channel influence in a nice citable wire review i must dig out. also a more overt mention of african percussion in another one i have somewhere. and personally i really dig what these guys are doing, it's a little different... --Kaini 04:26, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- There's a lot of Middle Eastern/other world music influence in Shackleton too (eg "Hamas Rule"); I'll try to add something about that at some point. It seems like The Wire is really a godsend for articles like this.--P4k 04:42, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
