[edit] Appearance
Skurt was a small frog-like doll made of garnments. He had a hat on him with colors representing the flags of each nation in Scandinavia. Skurt had two eyes, two ears, but no nose. His mouth was red and without any teeth. He had a green skin color. Skurt's was voiced by Ingamay Hörnberg, who also had discussions with Skurt.
[edit] Discussions
There were numerous discussions that Ingamay had with Skurt, and those were often relevant to children who watched the show. They could have discussions about buses or trains, even politics and the European Union. They even went to Brussels to visit the European Parliament. Sometimes, Ingamay and Skurt would travel to third world countries. In some episodes, they would speak about how to avoid potential accidents on the road.
[edit] Recent years
Skurt is no longer associated with TV3. But he still appears and talks about how much vandalism costs society, how to stay safe during summer (especially in the sun), and how people get their electricity. Most of these appearances are shown early in schools, as informational videos.
Skurt is the "person" who have interviewed the Swedish queen, Queen Silvia, the most times.[citation needed]
