I've replaced the notability tags on the article. Notability, as defined for organizations, needs to be established by reliable sources. University press releases / self-publications generally don't establish notability. If you've got any questions, feel free to drop a note on my talk page. - I really don't think a university news outlet commenting on another university publication really meets the standard in reliable sources. I also am not sure I see the harm in leaving the tags, since they make it more likely that someone else will add sourcing if they happen to know of any. (Oh, and welcome to Wikipedia.
