Please place this header at the very top of talk pages, above any existing header template.

Because it skips the lot, the small=yes parameter should be removed from any other header templates so that they're skipped as well.

[edit] Usage Notes

This template should be used on talk pages where there are many boxes at the top (see example), to remove the inconvenience of scrolling down large areas to reach the table of contents, and view the comments.

Please bear in mind that templates like {{WikiProjectBannerShell}} exist to reduce the space taken up by certain templates - in this case three or more wikiprojects.
