The cash skimming fraud description should be moved to a more appropriate page, yes. But the description should not be deleted, as it was. So I put it back here because that enriches wikipedia rather than impoverishing it. Also, 'skimming cream from milk' should be considered an important disambiguation, and it is hardly addressed by redirecting people to "oil skimmer machine".
