Skipco was an American oil company started in Pennsylvania in 1950. Skipco was opened by Skip Kaib as an oil drilling company, working in both offshore and land areas. The company was successful as it grew, but its future was jeopardized when owner Skip Kaib died. The assets were passed on to Skip's mother, as outlined in his will. His mother soon realized that she could not control the company much longer, and by 1993 the assets were sold.
