Skil-Shimano (UCI Team Code: SKS) is a professional cycling team based in The Netherlands that participates in UCI Continental Circuits races and when selected as a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. The team is managed by Arend Scheppink, with assistance from directeur sportifs Akira Bandou, Hisafumi Imanishi, Iwan Spekenbrink, Piet Hoekstra and Rudie Kemna. The team is sponsored by Skil a manufacturer of small power tools. The team exists since 2005 but previously Skil was the main sponsor of a successful French cycling team for two years, from 1984 to 1985. The Skil-Sem cycling team of 1984 and 1985 had a similar jersey with the characteristic Skil writing and strips.
