Skerries Community College is an Irish secondary school located in Skerries, North Dublin. It has over 1,000 students. The school prides itself in sport.

The school was originally an amalgamation of two of the schools in the town, the Holy Faith convent and the De La Salle school. In recent years it has become a Vocational school.
Over the past years the school has been in the process of building an extension, and two years ago it was completed. It included newly renovated classrooms, a new art room, a new PE hall, and many new classrooms, along with a new entrance.

Former students include Colm Reid and Speedy Mcgee, two local town heroes and well known figures in skerries and surrounding areas. Also a rising star in the world of money counting an unknown genius claims to be from SCC.

[edit] Amateur Musicals
The school also prides itself with sucsesful musicals which have been performed in the school since it opened in 1981. Its first show was Oklahoma (1981) The quaker girl (1982) The desert song (1983) Carousel (1984), Calamity Jane (1985) The Pyjama game (1986) Oliver! (1987) and Guys and Dolls (1988).
They then took a four year break and the shows returned in 1992 with Annie Get Your Gun then another two year break and in 1994 they did South Pacific then in 1998 (after another four year break) they prouduced The Sound of Music
In 2000 they did West Side Story then the next year "The King and I (2001). After that another two year break which afterward saw a production of Grease (2003) then in 2004 they did Skerries musical sound waves V which is a mixture of songs from different musicals e.g. Les Misérables next in the line of shows was Fiddler on the Roof (2005), Bugsy Malone (2006) and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (2007).
