Skelthwaite

Skelthwaite is the fictional town set in ITV's television drama Where the Heart Is. Its main attractions for sightseers include Goddard's factory, and a house which was, in 2005, gutted by a fire. Most of the filming for Skelthwaite was done in the real life village of Slaithwaite (or Slawit) in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
