Skatelab

Skatelab is a skatepark and museum in Simi Valley, CA.
The Museum inside Skatelab is home to the skateboarding hall of fame, with over 25,000 visitors each year. It opened in 1997 and was originally built by Team Pain. Skatelab has a collection of over 2,000 vintage skateboards as well as skateboarding memorabilia. It is owned by punk singer and retired major league baseball player Scott Radinsky along with Todd Huber. The other staff members names are Jerry Fenske, Jesse Pudwill, Nick McLouth, Jake Robinson, Corey Philips, Brian Skor, Roy Canright, Grant Bowers, Tiffany Martin, Tony Eggleston, Steve Badillo, etc. The 2 rooms feature multiple skateboard ramps and quarter pipes and in the back (outside) is a 6 ft. half pipe and a new 2 ft. mini pipe has just opened. The first room has 10 quarter pipes, fun boxes, two rails and a 4 stair. In the second room, there are large quarter pipes such as a 12 ft. tall Matix ramp, a fly box, euro gaps, hubba's, two flat rails, two roll in's and a gap over the door. There's also a bowl with a 10 ft. deep end and a 8 stair with rail. A new two flat three stair with a rail has been added to the left side of the eight stair.
