Skare

Skare (or Skarde) is a village in the municipality of Odda, Norway. As of January 1st 2006 there is a population of 328 people[1].
Roughly translated, Skare is the Norwegian word for the crust that forms when a thin layer of water freezes on the top most layer of snow.
