The Skaff Bloc or Popular Bloc, lead by Elias Skaff, is a 5 member bloc (including 1 Armenian Revolutionary Federation member) in the Lebanese Parliament that aligns with the Free Patriotic Movement. It is part of the current pro-Syrian opposition March 8 Alliance.
