Skåne commuter rail or Pågatågen is the local commuter rail system in Skåne County, Sweden. Every train set gets its name from a Scanian man, since Påg means boy in Scanian dialect. However, one set was named after the female writer Victoria Benedictsson's pseudonym, Ernst Ahlgren.

[edit] Lines

There are six lines in the Skåne commuter rail (Pågatågen) system, from Malmö to Lund, Helsingborg/Ängelholm, Helsingborg (via Teckomatorp), Höör and Ystad/Simrishamn, and from Helsingborg to Åstorp.

The Oresund Trains that cross the Oresund to/from Copenhagen serve as regional trains in Skåne County on the three routes to Kristianstad, Kalmar, and Gothenburg respectively.

The east-west Skånebanan railway line from Kristianstad to Helsingborg, via Hässleholm, also is of regional rail character. It is served by SJ trains but local fares are applied.

This table is a list of regional rail in Skåne County, combining the services of Pågatågen, Oresund Trains, and SJ trains running the Skånebanan railway.
