[edit] Will Kymlicka photo

Great photo on this article - I'm going to upload it to the Wikimedia Commons for use by other projects. You don't have a version with a higher resolution, do you? Great to see someone else working on the Canadian philosophers! --Padraic 12:45, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

Generally, it's best to upload the highest resolution, and then upload a separate cropped version for article use. If you are familiar with Commons, then upload it over there and put it in commons:Category:Will Kymlicka. If you aren't familiar with Commons, you could also just email it to me. --Padraic 18:37, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Change to User:202.45.119.133 block warning

I noticed that you changed my warning from 'permanent' to 'longer', saying that permanent blocks are rare in your edit summary. I understand that even static IP address will change hands eventually, but it seems to me that Wikipedia is far too forgiving of vandalism, which probably constitutes more than half of each day's edits. If it's clear that someone is only vandalising the site, why not just get rid of the problem? – SJL 03:48, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

This is due to the fact that it is current and long-standing wikipedia policy. Of course, policies have been known to change. But as it stands right now, I don't think we do any permanent blocking of any IP addresses. Kukini hablame aqui 05:49, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
