It is made up of two concentric circles. Within the outer circle are the words “SAINT JOHN ACADEMY” and “ADVENIAT REGNUM TUUM”, separated by asterisks. SAINT JOHN ACADEMY is the name of the institution while ADVENIAT REGNUM TUUM (in English, Your Kingdom Come) is the motto of the school. Inside the inner circle is a LAMB resting on a BOOK.

The LAMB symbolizes Jesus Christ, whom John the Baptist revealed to as the Paschal Lamb provided by God for the forgiveness of sins, who will offer himself on the cross as sacrifice that is acceptable to God. The BOOK symbolizes the GOSPEL of the Lamb of God, which he summed in his inaugural message. “This is time of fulfillment. The reign of God is at hand. Reform your lives and believe in the gospel.”.
