[edit] Is this notable?

This seems kind of WP:FRINGEy and not very notable. It is an idea by one barely notable person (if notable at all), there are no sources indicating that it has been discussed by anyone other than this one person, and the idea itself is not explained very well. (The referenced web site does not explain it either, at least not that I can find.) It is possible that this could be made into a viable article, but that would have to include the very fringe-y nature of this whole idea, if I understand the idea correctly. 6SJ7 (talk) 20:12, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
