[edit] Plot
Toby celebrates the confirmation of their Supreme Court nominee Roberto Mendoza, Josh discusses slavery reparations with a civil-rights attorney and Sam and Mallory battle over school vouchers. An arrest at a frat party attended by the President's daughter could prove explosive, as could the views of a controversial nominee for Assistant Attorney General who supports reparations for slavery.
[edit] Response
Sorkin commented that the show received hate mail following Charlie and Zoey kissing in this episode.[citation needed]
