Although subject to copyright, I (Itsfullofstars) feel the image qualifies for United States fair use laws because:

1. it would not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell a possible CD-reissue album.
2. it is a low resolution copy of a 1958 album believed long out of print, and copies of the image are not of a quality that would assist in making illegal copies of the album artwork for use on other CDs.

This is a 1958 album cover of a group that stopped making original recordings in the 1960s (although their original recordings are being repackaged currently in various compilations). The album in question is believed to be long out of print. Photographs of this particular band who were most popular over 50 years ago are scarce on the web, in my experience. Creating a new non-copyright image of the original group that formed in the early 1930s is impossible as the original members of the band, and their bandleader, are deceased.

This work is copyrighted and unlicensed. It does not fall into one of the blanket acceptable non-free content categories listed at Wikipedia:Non-free content#Images or Wikipedia:Non-free content#Audio clips.
