Sivert Høyem (born January 22, 1976 in Sortland) is the singer of the Norwegian rock band Madrugada.

Høyem rose to fame in the late 1990's when Madrugada made their Norwegian breakthrough with debut album Industrial Silence. He has the last few years had success as a solo artist, releasing the 2004 album Ladies and Gentlemen of the Opposition and later Exiles (2006). He is currently (May 2007) touring with his band, Sivert Høyem and the Volunteers, playing at festivals across Norway.
