This was taken from the SIS webpage at http://www.american.edu/sis/about/traditions.htm. On that page a description of the logo can be found. As there has existed unchallenged for some time a version of the logo which for some reason had a horrible mash-up of Europe, Asia, and Africa into one weirdly-shaped landmass, I believe this update is reasonable and allowable under fair use guidelines.

This image does not have a copyright tag.
