Artem Anoshkin[me in LJ], live in Perm, Russia. Born in 1984.

Areas of activity include PR, marketing, social sciences, culture studies and urban planning. Right now work as a project-manager and urban planner, elaborate general plans and development strategies for Russian towns and municipal districts.

My english is rusty so I'll try to write on topics concerning Russia, which otherwise wouldn't be highlighted.
