Dirona is incorrect. This mistake is probably because the Gaulish letter Tau looks like a capital D with a bar through it. It was the equivalent of the greek letter Theta.

The 'astronomy' connection looks spurious. What is the evidence for this?

The article could do with a few references.

I'm going to substantially revise this page to have an etymology, a discussion of the specific evidence for Sirona (inscriptions, sculptures) and where this was found, and then discuss the similarity of the Apollo Sirona pair to Hygeia and Aeklepius.
