Error with that link. It said "can't be found". This family held on to Robertland for centuries. Anderson has an interesting section on them. I cannot find it in The Extinct and Dormant Baronetcies of England, Ireland, and Scotland by Messrs. John & John Bernard Burke, 2nd edition, 1841. David Lauder 17:39, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. Working now. He provides us with no source. I have, at least, provided a famous one. I vote it stays until someone provides fresh sourced evidence! David Lauder 18:34, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure this can be the same David Cunningham who was master of Work to the Crown of Scotland from 1602-1607, and master of Works in England 1604-06? What are his birth death dates do we know? This page, if correct, would suggest it was the 1st baronet's grandfather (d. 1607 - fits with the usual "for life" appointment) who was M of Works. I just started a stub on David Cunninghame of Robertland for the master of works, having not seen this first. Any clarification would be welcome. Thanks, Edward Waverley 16:03, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
