Coordinates: Sirpur or Sirpur-Tandura is a town and a Mandal in Adilabad district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]
There are two mandals with Sirpur (Town) and Sirpur (U) in Adilabad district.
There is railway station in Sirpur (Town) in the Chennai-New Delhi railway line.

Sirpur is located at [2] It has an average elevation of 184 meters (606 feet). Sirpur town is basically a 1000 year old village.known for sirpur paper mills which is now the Asia, s top paper mill. sirsilk mill was there which was providing employment for more than 1000.closed because of political leader narendra of telalangana party alleged involvement and threatening general manager at gunpoint as per the news papers.birlas moved the machinery out and locked out. sirpur town is a nice place, where people live together and very peaceful life. The main resource of income is cultivating paddy and vegetables,from this town you can find too many talented people like syed khizer, DR. pandu ranga prasad....apart from them one guy his is very enthusiastic to do something for country and his people his name is syed nazar hussain.
