This image is from the cover of The Star Scroll by Melanie Rawn. Art by Michael Whelan. This novel is the second book of the Dragon Prince series. Sioned, the Sunrunner High Princess and Princess of the Desert, is depicted meeting her dragon, Elisel, by the future site of Dragon's Rest in Princemarch.
