Rebecca Philipson(born 24th September 1983, County Durham, England). Was creator behind the first personalised tabloid newspaper company in the UK after developing web based company UR - In The Paper Ltd. She appeared on BBC 2's Dragons' Denin June 2006 making her the youngest female to appear on the show at the time.

She won "Enterprising Young Brit Of The Year" in 2006 which was given to her by Gordon Brown.
However, despite the power of the web[1]she decided to bring the paper to the general public and transformed her dot com company into a full scale retail business. She established links with key retailers and put the personalised newspaper on shelves around the UK.
She has been quoted saying "the internet will always be secondary to in store buying" despite her decision to tackle the online market first.
In 2007 and 2008 she appeared as a panelist on the "Wolves Lair" a version of Dragons' Den aimed at student entrepreneurs.
In 2007 Rebecca launched a successful partnership with other leading retailers including Tesco and WH Smith. Miss Philipson won a number of awards both regional and national and appeared on ITVs This Morning promoting the newspaper.
