[edit] Sister Cities

I believe that Sinan and Granbury, TX, in the United States have recently entered into a sister city relationship. Can anyone verify whether or not this sisterhood is official or not?

All I can find are some references to a study on Granbury done by the local Sinan office of education. Maybe it's a partnership between the educational systems, rather than the governments? -- Visviva 06:12, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
