Sino Infrastructure Partnership Ltd. (SIP) was established in 1993 to provide business, commercial and engineering services in China for a group of leading companies in the building and construction industry. Since that time, its client base has extended to include a wide range of clients, from specialist companies with a few hundred staff to giant multinationals. Located in Shanghai, Suzhou and Beijing the company employs over 100 staff and operates throughout China providing engineering and construction services to international companies seeking to build, expand or refurbish facilities throughout China.[1][2][3]
