Sino Infrastructure Partnership Ltd. (SIP) was established in 1993 to provide business, commercial and engineering services in China for a group of leading companies in the building and construction industry. Since that time, its client base has extended to include a wide range of clients, from specialist companies with a few hundred staff to giant multinationals.
