Sing-Along

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sing Along is a term describing many videos released by children's media companies in the late 1980s through early 2000s. Most notably, Walt Disney Home Entertainment released a series of VHS tapes themed after certain films from their archives, such as The Little Mermaid and The Fox and the Hound. These releases featured certain musical scenes cut together as music videos, and also contained scenes from other Disney favorites. Another notable series bearing the Sing-Along moniker is one by the late Dr. Seuss's production company, releasing videos such as Grinch Night and The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat throughout the 1990's. They later continued this in the early 2000s, when releasing such films as Green Eggs and Ham on DVD.
