Sinfonia No. 2, "Cat's Cradle" is a composition by American composer, Zac Lavender. The piece was written about the book, Cat's Cradle, by novelist Kurt Vonnegut. Its four movements are:
- I. Allegro Vivace (describes the possible effects of Ice-Nine)
- II. Adagio Appasionato (describes the narrators love torwards Mona)
- III. Moderato Con Brio (describes the meloncholy feel of the people of San Lorenzo)
- IV. Andante Con Moto (describes the mysterious teachings of local prophet, Bokonon)
