Sinezona is a genus of minute sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks or micromollusks in the family Scissurellidae.

This genus is found in most seas worldwide.

The shells have an anal slit closed at the lip margin, leaving an oval hole, or an elongated closed slit, usually at the end of a short selenizone.
