Sindicatum is a London-headquartered specialist financial advisory, asset management and climate change firm focussed on providing sophisticated, objective advice and technology-led principal finance solutions to a select group of clients - globally.

Sindicatum's corporate advisory activities are focused on high growth markets or sectors. The Firm aims assist its clients to grow and achieve their strategic goals, acting as, or augmenting, their own in-house corporate finance team. Sindicatum provides and executes strategic options for clients, including disposals, acquisitions, international and domestic private placements and IPOs.

Sindicatum was founded in 2002 by a group of seasoned investment bankers from Nomura International, joined shortly after founding by investment bankers from JP Morgan.

Sindicatum is the majority shareholder of Victoire Finance Capital LLC, a Wall Street asset management company established in 1996 that manages global long-short equity funds and managed accounts with tailored strategies; Latin American long-short and long-only equity funds and Brazil long-short and long-only equity funds. Sindicatum is also the majority shareholder of Sindicatum Capital International, a London-headquartered company that wholly owns Sindicatum Capital International UAB, a manager of funds in Lithuania.

Sindicatum Carbon Capital, founded by Sindicatum Group, is a leading developer of CDM and Joint Implementation projects to abate greenhouse gases under the Kyoto Protocol. Key strategic shareholders of Sindicatum Carbon Capital include Citigroup Venture Capital International, American International Group (through its member company AIG Global Investment Group) and Black River Asset Management, an independently managed subsidiary of Cargill. Other shareholders include Foresight Venture Partners, a leading U.K. venture capital firm.

Sindicatum Group is privately owned and its management team and employees represent the largest shareholder grouping. Sindicatum is headquartered in London and have offices in Paris, New York City,São Paulo and Vilnius. Sindicatum Carbon Capital is headquartered in London and have representative or liaison offices in New Delhi, Mexico City, San Francisco, Chicago, Cairo, Jakarta, Tashkent, Hong Kong and Beijing.
