Sincera Productions is a British based theatre company, formed in 2002 by Alistair Gillyatt and Philip Desmeules. The company has performed nationally and internationally, touring to Brazil and the Lebanon as well as appearing in London and at the Latitude Festival in Suffolk.

Their previous productions have included revivals of classics such as Shakespeare's Hamlet, Bernard Pomerance's The Elephant Man (play), and Peter Hall's adaptation of George Orwell's Animal Farm. Original work developed by the company has included BY PARTIES UNKNOWN: the crypt project, a site-specific piece, devised by the company, which told the various stories that linked to the recently excavated crypt of the Christopher Wren church of St Andrew, Holborn. Historical characters that appeared in the play included: Thomas Chatterton, Sally Salisbury, Edward Coke and Henry Sacheverell. The company also has experience in new writing, having produced the work of playwright Tom Morton-Smith for the 2007 Latitude Festival.
