Description

U.S. Navy Operations Specialist 2nd Class Jody Heflin, right, teaches Singaporean navy sailors how to use a global positioning unit April 22, 2006, during Exercise Tri-Crab 2006 on Naval Base Guam. The annual exercise is designed to increase the interoperability skills of explosive ordnance disposal technicians from the U.S., Australian and Singaporean navies.
