[edit] Removal of the mis-spelling discussion

87.74.12.83 (talk · contribs) has repeatedly removed an entire section of this article that touches upon the mis-spelling of Simson's given name, first calling it "silly" and "unsourced". When it was pointed out that the section is fully sourced, User:87.74.12.83 blanked it yet again, this time deleting the source citation along with it. The mis-spelling of Simson's given name is a common error. I've therefore once again restored the fully sourced content that mentions it. Uncle G 02:08, 9 November 2005 (UTC)

The content in question as per edit notes is of no value. Unencyclopedic. One spelling mistake noted by some unknown person in 1996 does not make an article. If you want to comment on Garfinkel write about his articles or something useful. 87.74.12.83 07:38, 9 November 2005 (UTC)
That source establishes that both have happened once. What the article claims is a bit more. Either way, I think these are too insignificant to mention in an encyclopedia article. Frencheigh 02:03, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
I actually agree. I doubt it's what most people know him for. Cmouse 07:19, 15 November 2005 (UTC)

Actually, I think that it's kind of funny. ---Simson
