Simsboro High School is considered the best school in Lincoln Parish.^{[citation needed]} The school has a basketball, baseball, softball, and a track team. The girls' basketball team has gone to state.^{[citation needed]}

The senior class of 2008 is starting a newspaper titled TIGER TIMES.
