Simran Kaur Mundi

Simran Kaur Mundi is the winner of the Femina Miss India 2008 Event. She was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe 2008 in Mumbai on 5th April 2008.[1] She will now represent India in Miss Universe 2008 Event to be held in Diamond Bay Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14, 2008.

Alongside, Parvathy Omanakuttan was named Miss India 2008 winner while second runner-up Harshita Saxena was titled Miss India Earth 2008. However, due to earlier contracts with another pageant (GLADRAGS) Harshita Saxena resigned, thus resulting in the new Miss India Earth Tanvi Vyas.

Simran Kaur Mundi was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe 2008 in Mumbai on 5th April 2008. She is a 22-year-old graduate from Mumbai who works with a cinema chain there. Her hobbies include: Listening to music, reading, writing poems, sketching and playing basketball.she says that,her role model is herself.Her aim is to bring back the Miss Universe crown to her homeland.she is called as RAVISHING SIMRAN by the press and people.
